However, if you reside in a state outside of the 48 continental United States such as Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Puerto Rico, additional shipping charges will apply. If you reside in Pennsylvania or New Jersey, you may pick up your order at our Showroom located at 4625 E. Street Road, Trevose, PA 19053 for your convenience! We ask that you call our Showroom at 215-357-2882 to place an order for pickup.

Shipping Lead Times – How Long Will My Order Take to Ship?
When selecting an individual product in our Staff Picks selection, a label will show up above the “Add to Cart” button with an estimated shipping duration. Since the majority of our items will be shipped from the manufacturer and not from us, these durations are only estimates and are based on the general amount of time a particular manufacturer processes and ships orders.
The duration of shipping also depends upon the assumption that a particular item is in stock. We do the best that we can to ensure all stock information in our Staff Picks selection is accurate. In the event an item you placed an order for is out of stock or is on backorder, we will contact and notify you of the estimated shipping date.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 1 business day. In this email, there will be estimated shipping durations for each of the items in your order. These estimated durations are based on the stock of our Showroom and the stock of our manufacturers. If you have purchased an item that is made to order, these estimated shipping durations will also be listed in your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be contacted with a tracking number for your convenience so you may monitor your order while in transit.
